Shuttle service from the airport to the rental station is available (about 10 to 15 mins)

Domestic Terminal: Shuttle services are only available during the opening hours (subject to change). Go to our counter by the No.3 Arrival Gate on the 1F. If no staff is stationed, please use the phone on the counter to call the rental shop.
International Terminal: Shuttle services are not available. 

From international terminal arrival lobby

1. The view from arrival lobby

Proceed to the left when exiting the arrival lobby and take the escalator to the 1st floor.

2. To rental car reception desk

When you get to the 1st floor, follow the red line painted on the floor (BUS INFO).

3. The airport reception desk

Passing the information counter, you will find the rental car counter. Look for Times CAR RENTAL's yellow signage.

*If there is no staff at the counter, please use the phone on the counter. Press 1 to connect to the pickup location. Please wait near the counter until our staff comes to pick up shortly after.

4. Pick-ups, pick-up vehicles, the place

We will guide you to the shop. (10 minutes by driving)

5. The reception desk

When you arrive at the Times CAR RENTAL reception desk, please carry out the rental procedure. Our staff will guide you to your reserved vehicle after the procedure.

From the domestic terminal arrival lobby

1. The scenery from the departure lobby

The main rental car reception desk is located on the first-floor main building.

2. To rental car reception desk

■All Nippon Airways (Arrival Lobby No.1~3)
Proceed to the left from the arrival lobby. The rental car counter will be on your right.
(ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS, AIRDO, Peach Aviation, etc)

■Japan Airlines (Arrival Lobby No. 4 & 5)
Proceed to the right from the arrival lobby.
(Japan Airlines, Skymark, etc)

*The path is blocked due to ongoing construction. Use the path outside and proceed to the right. Please enter the building again, and the rental car counter will be on your right.

3. The airport reception desk

When you arrive at the Times CAR RENTAL reception desk, please show us your ID and your reservation receipt. We will guide you to the pick-up vehicle after we confirm your identity.

4. Pick-ups, pick-up vehicles, the place

We will guide you to the shop. (10 minutes by driving)
