   • If using Haneda Airport Terminal 2, move to the counter and use the phone provided (no staff present).

2. For Terminal 3, instead of the Times counter, use the location marked "Car Rental Reception,"

   • This site operates reservation, confirmation, and shuttle services for seven car rental companies. After confirming your reservation with Times here, the shuttle service will be available.

3. Contact Haneda Store directly to request shuttle service.

*No parking space is available for customers’ vehicles. The shuttle bus service between the airport and the store ends at 19:30.

Precautions When Picking Up the Vehicle
Due to the height and length limitation of the garage, we do not accept cars with high back or long lengths. 

Precautions When Returning the Vehicle
Vehicles cannot be returned to the airport. A shuttle service from the Haneda rental station to the airport is available. Vehicles must be returned 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the flight departure. *Search by address when setting the destination in the GPS
