Precautions When Picking Up the Vehicle
Check-in at the rental car counter at Terminal 1 or 2 after arriving at Narita Airport. Shuttle service to the rental station is available (about 20 minutes).
For customers going on their own: Go straight down Route 295, drive 300m from the Narita Interchange, and you will see the station on the left.

Precautions When Returning the Vehicle 
Vehicles must be returned to the Narita Airport rental station (not at the public parking lot inside Narita Airport).
After returning the vehicle, you will be guided to Narita Airport or a nearby hotel by shuttle service.
In order to allow for extra time, vehicles must be returned 3 hours prior to international-flight departure, or 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to domestic-flight departure. 

Directions from Narita International Airport (Narita Airport) Terminal 1 to the store

• Arriving at the North Wing on an international flight

Exit the North Wing Arrival Gate and proceed to the Central Building.

• Arriving at the South Wing on an international flight

Exit the South Wing Arrival Gate and proceed to the Central Building.

• Arriving by ANA domestic flight

Please go down to the 1st-floor central building. There is a Times Car RENTAL counter in the central building.

• Arriving by JR/Keisei

Arrive at the basement floor. Please use the escalator in the direction of the South Wing and go up to the 1st floor Central Building.

• Arriving by Limousine Bus

Arrive at the departure floor on the 4th floor. Please go down to the 1st-floor central building.

• Arriving at south side A zone by international flight

There is a counter in the B zone on the north side of the same floor.

•  Arriving at north side B zone by international flight

There is a counter in the same north side B zone.

• Arriving by JAL domestic flight

Arrive on the 2nd floor. Please go down to zone B on the north side of the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.

• Arriving by JR/Keisei

Arrive at the basement floor. Go up to zone B on the north side of the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.

• Arriving by Limousine Bus

Arrive at the departure lobby on the 3rd floor. Please go down to zone B on the north side of the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.
