Precautions When Picking Up the Vehicle
Go to the counter in the arrival lobby on the 1st floor (north side). You will be transferred to the rental station after checking in at the counter (about 20 minutes) 

Precautions When Returning the Vehicle
Vehicles must be returned to the Narita Airport rental station (not at the public parking lot inside Narita Airport). After returning the vehicle, you will be transferred to Narita Airport or a nearby hotel by shuttle service. In order to allow for extra

If you arrive at the southern side of the A zone by the international flight.

There is a B zone reception desk on the northern side of the same on the same floor.


If you arrive at the northern side B zone.

There is the reception desk on the northern side of the B zone on the same floor.


If you arrive at the airport by using JAL domestic lines.

You will arrive on the second floor. Please go to the first floor of the arrival lobby.


If you arrive at the airport by using the JR line or Keisei Line.

You will arrive on the base floor. Please come up to the first floor by using the escalator which leads to the Northern side of the B zone.


If you arrive at the airport by using the limousine bus.

You will arrive on the third floor of the departure lobby. Please go to the northern part of the B zone on the first floor.
